Built a joint- and blendshape-based facial rig driven by a custom UI. Includes blend and follow controls, and blendshape activation based on joint translation values. Engineered using utility nodes and Python scripting.

To further develop my understanding of the 3D character pipeline, I created an original character that I subdivision modeled, sculpted, textured, rigged, and animated, with a basic blendshape- and joint-based facial rig.

01:07: Male and Female 3D Base Model  |  Blindsight
As 3D Character Artist on Blindsight, I adapted character concepts into two base models that could be changed modularly to quickly create different character variations. Responsible for modeling, sculpting, and rigging the models with controllable joint-based deformations. Ensured mocap data could be retargeted properly onto the models.

Modeled, rigged, and animated a 3D model based on the cover of an album I like. Rigged the surfboard to maintain the bunny's position offset with animation.
